Each detail reflects the passion for hospitality, and the services were thought out to offer the comforts of a 5-star hotel. All the meals are included and planned before you arrive and according to your taste so that you can experience memorable days without any worries.
The atmosphere is discreetly sophisticated, and the interior design was carefully thought and carried out by Studio Astolfi. There are plenty of tastefully decorated places for rest and entertainment both inside and outside. A selection of pieces of traditional Portuguese craftwork curated by Felipa Almeida is the highlight of the décor.

This neighbourless property includes a spacious and comfortable 10-bedroom home with several areas for rest and entertainment. 1500 square meters and 160 acres of natural landscape and stunning lake views.
CASA NOSSA is rented as a single property – house and estate –, offering total privacy and comfort and the services of a 5-star hotel: housekeeping, meals, countless amenities, and permanent support by a dedicated team throughout all your stay.
Rental usually takes place on a weekly basis and, as mentioned, includes
full board.
At certain times of the year, CASA NOSSA may also be rented on a weekend basis or, for a minimum of two nights mid week.

THE ROOMS
Casa Nossa has 10 suites and is equiped with an extra-suite that is prepared to host guests with mobility limitations. At its total, the house may host up to 20 adults and 8 children. The suite area varies between 30 and 67 square metres. All suites have either a private patio, balcony or porch, and shower and tub, air conditioning, heating, hydraulic radiant floors, television, and sound system.
The suites are furnished with king size beds and, some rooms have beds that can be turned into single beds. We chose Egyptian cotton sheets and the best pillows to offer you perfect restful nights.

AND SOCIALIZING
Main Sitting Room
With around 180 square meters, it includes three sitting areas, two fireplaces, game tables with several games, piano, television, sound system and record player.
Dining Room
Inside the main sitting room, the dining room has a table that sits 22 people and another for smaller groups with seating for 10 people. For a more relaxed lunch or dinner, or maybe for the kids, there’s a table for 10 in the kitchen.
Wine Cellar
The wine cellar includes around 800 bottles, more than 120 of the best Portuguese (and other) wines. Some of these wines are included in the daily drinks supplement, and more can be ordered a la carte.
You’ll find a 8 to 10-seat table for wine and food tasting in the wine cellar.
Porch
120 square meters of stunning 180-degree views over the lake with different sitting areas and tables for meals with over 20 seats.
Pool area
The perfect place to relax. It includes a dining area where meals can be served.
Cinema and Entertainment room
This room includes a giant meter screen where you can enjoy a movie, karaoke, a concert, or a house-produced show. The concerts and shows are charged separately and must be scheduled in advance at the time of reservation.
Fireplaces
The house has three interior fireplaces and several others outside that bring comfort to the colder months.
Bar and Library
In this sitting room with a fireplace, interior patio and bar, you’ll find an inviting atmosphere to drink the best cocktails, listen to our playlists or enjoy a hired DJ that will liven up the evening. The DJ is charged separately and must be scheduled in advance at the time of reservation.
In this room, you’ll also find a selection of books, in different languages, about Alentejo, gastronomy, hunting, fishing, and traditional crafts, as well as a selection of Portuguese and world literature classics that you may read and leaf through as you please.
Cuisine, Meals and Services
The cuisine follows a Portuguese matrix and is signed by chef José Avillez. It includes traditional and contemporary dishes chosen according to your taste.
Meals
Your stay will include the following meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Meals are prepared on the day according to our farm-to-table model, always privileging seasonal products, local products, and the estate’s products.
By request, we can also organize picnics in different areas of the estate and pool lunches, wine tastings and more.
Drinks
Also included is a daily selection of non-alcoholic beverages (water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea) and a selection of alcoholic beverages (wines, sparkling wines, beer, and spirits). Additionally, you can choose other drinks a la carte, including champagne and premium wine.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is included, 7 days a week. In addition, sheets and towels changing is scheduled for midweek.
Concierge
The estate’s manager will be delighted to help with any restaurant bookings and organize hikes and transfers during your stay.
ACTIVITIES
Swimming Pools
The house has two pools outside: an infinity, with 18 x 8,1 meters, and another with hydromassage, warmed to about 30 ºC, with 3,7 x 4,7 meters.
Sauna and Turkish Bath
Next to the pools, you’ll find a small sauna and a Turkish bath where you can relax.
Massage Hut, Yoga Pavilion and Gym
With stunning views overlooking the lake, the hut is ideal for a yoga session, a massage, or simply relaxing. The hut also includes a workout room that you can use freely.
The massages must be booked in advance, ideally when the reservation, is made and have an additional cost.
Lake
The property has direct access to Alqueva’s lake, one of the largest and most beautiful in Europe.
You’ll also find a small river beach where you can rest and enjoy the sun and a peer from where to dive. The private moorage offers the opportunity to enjoy many nautical sports. Here you’ll also find the estate’s boat that’s meant for nautical activities with the presence of a professional skipper. These activities depend on prior reservation and are charged separately.
Nautical Sports
We have paddle surfboards and kayaks available for free use. We can organize water-skiing and wakeboard sessions and other activities with the presence of a professional skipper. These need to be booked in advance and are charged separately.
You may also explore the great Alqueva lake by going on an unforgettable trip on our boat. This boat can take up to 10 people. The tour is led by a professional skipper, takes 3 to 4 hours, and can be scheduled for the morning or afternoon.
You can also spend the day at
the lake. We can serve a picnic either on board or on one of the small islands of Alqueva. Picnics are included.
Tenis and Padel Court
You can use any of our courts freely, day or night. We have rackets and
balls available. Our team will provide all the necessary support. If you’d like to organize a soccer match, our tennis court can easily be converted into a 10-player soccer field.

Driving Distance
CASA NOSSA is 8 minutes away from the village of Campinho, 15 minutes away from Monsaraz and 15 minutes away from Herdade do Esporão and São Lourenço do Barrocal Hotel.
It’s also 30 minutes away from Spain, 40 minutes from Évora, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Comporta and less than 2 hours from Lisbon.
RESERVATIONS
The duration of your stay may be flexible according to availability. On weekends, the house shall be rented only for a minimum period of two nights.
